Your Phone Consult is Booked!

Our team is already prepping behind the scenes to make the most of your call. We know pelvic health can feel overwhelming and confusing, but you're not alone (and you don't have to Google your way through this anymore!).

3 Things to Check Off Before Your Call:

#1: Set aside 20 minutes without distractions.

Set aside time for yourself in quiet place without distractions for your phone consult. We want to hear about what you're looking for help with and make sure we answer all your questions. You will be chatting with one of our Patient Care Coordinators, Anna or Lindsay, to get started! Let’s make it count!

#2: Have Your Schedule Ready.

If you're ready for an evaluation, we will book your evaluation and 1-4 follow up treatments to get started on a treatment plan during the call, so be ready to grab a spot that works for you.

New client spots are limited each week, so we do require a $75 security deposit when booking to save your spot (don’t worry, this deposit goes towards your first appointment and we’ll go over all the details on the call)!

#3: Review Our Payment Model.

We're an out-of-network/self-pay clinic, which means we're not contracted with insurance companies, and payment is made at each visit. Some people think out-of-network means more expensive, but here's the truth:

Being out-of-network means getting faster results in fewer sessions = saving you time, money, and frustration.

How? Not being bound by insurance companies means personalized, results-focused care and treatment that actually works. Because let's be real- your insurance only cares about their bottomline- not getting you better.

Learn more about the differences below to decide if out-of-network is a better fit for you, your goals, and your lifestyle:

Our priority is getting you better, as quickly and effectively as possible on YOUR terms. Not your insurance.

To help you achieve your goals and take back control of your health, we offer various discounted packages and payment plans, so that you get the type of care that you deserve.

Is It Worth It?

Let's Crunch the Numbers Together!

Let's say your co-pay in-network is $100 per visit (visits are only 30 minutes). The typical frequency for insurance PT is 2-3x/week. That means $200-300/week. Over the course of an average insurance treatment plan of 6 months (on the conservative end), that adds up to $7,740.

If you have a high deductible plan and go in-network, then you are responsible for 100% of your bill until you meet your deductible (the average deductible is $3,000 upfront before insurance even kicks in). That means it will cost you $3,000 at the minimum for in-network PT.

With us, our average discounted package rate brings sessions down to $199 per visit for a full hour of 1:1 care. Most people only need 1 session/week at the beginning and our average length of care is 4 months, which is approximately $3,000, which is equal or less to the cost of going in-network for a higher quality experience consisting of a personalized treatment plan, holistic approach, and faster results.

Don't Just Hear It From Us...

After working with another therapist and trying various online rehab programs — I finally found real relief here. After just a few sessions, I could walk, fold laundry, and lift my baby without severe pain!

BC
New Mama

I had a rib injury, hip tightness, and my c-section shelf — something that’s been a real source of self-consciousness for me. I was also constantly running to the bathroom and feeling like I was at the mercy of my bladder — not anymore!

HW
C-section Mama

I have done pelvic pt at other places and they do not come close to the individualized care I received here.

SS
Client with Leakage

I had 4 babies in a short time period and have finally experienced progress in repairing my DRA. I appreciate that they work WITH my athletic goals instead of counting them out.

CS
Crossfitter

After going to another pelvic floor physical therapy practice in town and seeing no improvement, I decided to go out-of-network and try Pelvic Prescription. Worth every penny.

RM
Client with Pelvic Pain

Thanks to the Pelvic Prescription team, while my labor was insane (delivered approximately 16 minutes after arriving to the hospital- so my birth plan went out the window) my recovery was relatively easy. Their personalized guidance in the exercises that were best for me both during pregnancy and postpartum were invaluable and incredibly helpful vs trying to figure it out myself.
